Dedicated theater rooms, media lounges, and cinematic living spaces — designed and installed as one turnkey build. Media room projects start at $10,000. Dedicated theater builds typically run $50k–$150k+.
Is this for you?
If you're building a dedicated theater room or transforming a media lounge into something that makes guests' jaws drop — you're in the right place. We don't do single TV mounts. We design complete rooms: acoustics, sight lines, seating, lighting, projection, sound, and automation, all working as one system.
4K laser projectors, motorized screens, OLED and MicroLED displays, or hidden-lift TVs. Calibrated for accurate color and black levels.
Full object-based surround — 7.2.4, 9.2.6, and larger. In-wall, in-ceiling, or reference towers. Tuned room-by-room with acoustic measurement.
Absorption, diffusion, and bass trapping integrated into the room design — not an afterthought. Fabric wall systems, false walls, riser builds.
Tiered seating platforms, power recliners, bass shakers, and proper sight-line geometry so every seat is a great seat.
Scene-based lighting (Lutron), motorized shades, climate integration, and one-button presets. "Movie" dims lights, closes shades, powers up the system.
Control4, Savant, or Crestron systems on rock-solid Ruckus/Ubiquiti networks. Remote support built in.

The Ideal Installs approach
Home theater installation in North Dallas is a crowded market, and most installers are just selling gear. Anyone can bolt a projector to a ceiling and drop five speakers around a room — that's not a theater. A real cinematic experience comes from the disciplines that happen before the equipment shows up: room geometry, acoustic design, sight-line planning, and a control system that behaves predictably.
When homeowners in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, and Southlake come to us, they usually fall into one of three buckets. Some have an existing media room that looks fine but sounds flat — we fix that with proper speaker placement, acoustic treatment, and calibrated Atmos. Others have raw space in a basement, bonus room, or new build, and want a dedicated theater designed from scratch. A third group is doing a whole-home project — theater, outdoor audio, whole-home music, automated shades, and Lutron lighting — all on one control system.
We handle all three, but we've intentionally stayed focused on this niche rather than chasing every low-voltage job in the metro. That focus is why our rooms sound and look the way they do.
Purpose-built theater rooms with proper acoustics, tiered seating, 4K laser projection, and Dolby Atmos surround. We handle design, framing coordination, wiring, equipment, and calibration.
Transform an existing bonus room, living room, or game room into a cinema-quality space with a large OLED or projection display, surround sound, and clean motorized or wall-mount integration.
Full object-based Atmos in 7.2.4, 9.2.4, and 9.2.6 configurations — in-wall, in-ceiling, or reference towers. Every speaker position measured and tuned with acoustic instrumentation.
Sony, JVC, and premium laser projectors matched to the room with acoustically transparent screens from Screen Innovations and Stewart Filmscreen.
Control4, Savant, and Crestron systems tied to Lutron lighting, motorized shades, and climate. One-button scenes for movie, music, bedtime, and away.
Pool, patio, and pergola speaker systems, outdoor TVs, and landscape audio tuned for the Texas climate. Discreet installation, weather-rated gear.
If you're building a new home in Legacy West, Windsong Ranch, Phillips Creek Ranch, or any of the North Dallas custom-home communities, the single best investment you can make for your future AV system is a proper pre-wire during framing. We partner with builders and designers across North DFW to run theater, whole-home audio, security, network, and control wiring before the drywall goes up — at a fraction of what a retrofit costs.

A media room is a multi-purpose space — usually a bonus room or living room — upgraded with a large display or projector, surround sound, and quality seating. A dedicated home theater is a purpose-built room designed around acoustics, sight lines, and light control, usually with tiered seating, fabric walls, a proper projection screen, and Dolby Atmos speaker placement.
Yes. We design and install Control4, Savant, and Crestron home automation systems, along with Lutron lighting and shading. Choice of platform depends on the scope of the project, the rest of your smart home, and your preferences for app experience and dealer support.
A media-room upgrade is typically 1–3 days on site. A dedicated theater with framing, acoustic treatment, and wiring runs 2–6 weeks depending on scope and whether we're working in new construction or a retrofit. We provide a week-by-week schedule with every proposal.
Absolutely — new construction pre-wire is one of the best times to future-proof a home. We coordinate directly with your builder during framing to run low-voltage cabling for theater, whole-home audio, networking, security, and automation. Pre-wire packages are substantially less expensive than retrofitting later.
